Generally estate agency works in one of two ways in Scotland. Either you use a firm of solicitors, who will handle everything for you and charge a percentage of the sale price, or you use an online company who are not solicitors. We believe the best method is with a firm of solicitors, combined with an option to let you handle viewings yourself, saving you money. This will give you the advantage of a fixed price for the estate agency, as well as access to the Edinburgh Solicitors Property Centre.

Our fixed fee service gives you all you would expect of an estate agency, access to a listing on property registers, but you handle viewings yourself.

Fixed Cost of £999 (plus costs of photographs and advert listings)

CONVEYANCING

Acting for either a purchaser or seller, once an offer is accepted, we can handle the legal transfer of ownership. This will be dealt with by a specialist conveyancing solicitor from a partner firm who we work closely with.
